🌿 The Client Journey Here’s what working with Yang & Co. Collective looks like—simple, thoughtful, and designed to help you grow. Step 1: Inquiry & Discovery Call - Submit your application and book a call so we can learn more about your goals and how we can support you. Step 2: Proposal & Onboarding - You’ll receive a customized proposal, contract, and welcome packet. We’ll get systems in place to make onboarding smooth and easy. Step 3: Kickoff - We’ll officially begin your support plan with a kickoff call or message to clarify tasks, priorities, and workflows. Step 4: Active Collaboration & Check-ins - Consistent, behind-the-scenes support begins. You’ll receive regular updates, completed deliverables, and dedicated time back in your week. Step 5: Renewal or Offboarding - At the end of your plan, we’ll review your progress and decide whether to renew or part ways with everything wrapped up beautifully.
